The Model 3 IWB Light Bearing holster builds upon the proven versatility and comfort of the Model 1 IWB design, now enhanced to accommodate popular weapon-mounted lights. This inside-the-waistband holster maintains the flexibility to be worn in a wide range of carry positions—from appendix all the way to the 4 o’clock position—making it an excellent option for those who value adaptability.

While it shares many core design elements with our dedicated light bearing appendix holster (Model 4 AIWB Light Bearing), the Model 3 IWB Light Bearing does not incorporate body contouring, preserving its ability to transition comfortably between carry positions. The key upgrade is its light-bearing capability, allowing you to securely carry your firearm equipped with a weapon light.

To support this configuration, the holster has been redesigned with a slightly extended muzzle to help shield and protect the weapon light’s glass lens from impact and debris. At the same time, it retains an open-muzzle design, ensuring debris can clear freely and allowing compatibility with threaded barrels.

For those who prefer switching between carry positions, the Model 3 IWB Light Bearing is an outstanding choice. However, if you primarily carry in the appendix position, we strongly recommend considering our Model 4 AIWB Light Bearing holster for its dedicated appendix-focused design.

Notes: Micro and Compact Pistols:

Some micro and compact pistols (M&P Shield, Springfield Hellcat Pro, etc.) benefit from extended muzzle length for improved concealment. This extra length enables better adjustability in ride height and helps mitigate the "spill-over" effect, where the upper part of the gun (above the belt line) tends to protrude over the waistline, resulting in printing.

Due to the shorter dimensions of subcompact and micro firearms, the available ride height adjustment is reduced when using DCC HLR clips. For these models, the DCC Monoblock clip is recommended, especially for users with large or extra-large hands.
