Warranty 
We stand behind the quality of our products with a limited-lifetime warranty. Should any issues arise during normal use, we're committed to either repairing or replacing the item at no charge. This warranty applies to both the original purchaser and direct gift recipients.
Please keep in mind that while Kydex, being formed using heat, is durable, it's not covered if it melts due to exposure to high temperatures like those in a hot car. Additionally, damages resulting from excessive abuse beyond normal use are excluded from coverage. We simply encourage responsible use and common sense.
Please note that hardware components like screws, rivets, and washers are not covered by this warranty. Replacement hardware can be purchased on our website here.

Returns 
We offer a 30-day return policy for our Quick Ship holsters. All custom ordered holsters are non-returnable, except for errors in order processing or manufacturing.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping postage.
Refunds are processed typically within 7-10 days of delivery. Total costs of goods will be refunded, less any shipping fees, promotions/discounts.

To request a return, please email us at info@pinnacleoperations.net to request an RMA. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt.

Changes & Cancellations
As we strive to get orders filled as quickly as possible order may be changed / cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. 
If manufacturing has already begun or or being completed ,then the order cannot be cancelled.
